The Remedial Routines :辅助功法之功理

1. 疏肝法 (Su Gan Fa)

疏肝法是一种疏泄病浊之气的功法,不仅肝病、高血压病和肿瘤病患者也能够适用,而且一般人于生气动怒之后采用此法进行疏导,也会收到立竿见影的效果。

练此功法时,排肝气动作可连续做九至三十次,但所做次数必须是三的整数倍(如三、六、九、十二…….) 。三,即天、地、人,即三才。次数多少因人而异,以肝舒适为度,不可过多。此外还应注意,疏肝动作只做右侧,将肝气从右脚大敦穴推出。练此功法后不要做收功动作,而是掉头就走,离开一定距离再练功或站桩功等。

练此功法时别让小孩及宠物在场,以防吸入被排掉的肝气而得病。

 

 

1. 疏肝法 (Su Gan Fa) Discharging Turbid Substance from the Liver

This routine is designed for those who have hepatitis or liver cancer when they are beginning to learn qigong. If you suffer from a feeling of oppression or your chest is suffocated with qi, you can also use this supplementary method. It is also suitable for those who have high blood pressure and ulcer. This routine is also very effective in dissipating your feeling of anger after you are angered.

Your may do it continuously from nine times to thirty times (in integer multiple of 3 like 3, 6, 9, 12, etc.) until you feel your liver are comfortable. It all depends on the need of the individual, but you cannot do it too many times. You only do it on your right hand side. There is no take back of qi after doing it. Just turn and walk away.

There shall not be kids and pets around when you practice this routine so as to prevent them from getting the discharged qi and fall sick.

2. 降压法 (Jiang Ya Fa)

降压法是供高血压患者使用的治疗功法,动作非常简单易学,只是要注意掌握火候,必须适度,并要经常测量血压进行检查,血压正常后即不再做此功法。

 

2. 降压法 (Jiang Ya Fa) Method of Lowering High Blood Pressure

If your blood pressure is high, you may do this routine several times a day. When your blood pressure is normal, stop doing it immediately. Thus, keep monitoring your blood pressure in your practice.

3. 点穴降浊法 (Dian Xue Jiang Su Fa)

点穴降浊法在降全身浊气方面效果显著,同时还能治疗头部与上体的多种疾病,如高血压、面瘫、项背强痛等。

点穴时需要注意,两手同时点两 “肩井穴” ,而且意念一定要平衡,否则会出现偏重现象,反会添病。降浊的次数也不可过多,因为此法亦称 “大泻法” ,所以要避免损伤元气。

 

3. 点穴降浊法 (Dian Xue Jiang Su Fa) Touching Acupoint to Descend Turbid Substances

This routine is very effective in getting rid of your unwanted qi. At the same time, it helps to cure some sicknesses of the head and upper body such as high blood pressure, face numb, back pain, etc.

When touching the acupoints “Jian-Jin”, your mental focus has to be balanced. Otherwise, sickness could be induced. You should not do this routine too many times so as to avoid excessive loss of qi.

4. 引气归元法 (Yin Qi Gui Yuan Fa)

引气归元法的主要作用是帮助初学者将散于体内外的真气收入下丹田,加强收功意识。有些老学员由于收功做得不好,影响练功质量,也应加强这方面的锻炼。如作引气归元法之后仍感不适时,可再作 “八方引气归元法” ,将气引入下丹田。

 

4. 引气归元法 (Yin Qi Gui Yuan Fa) Guiding Qi Back to Its Origin

This method is for the gathering back of scattered qi. If it is not effective enough, you may use the next routine “Gathering Qi into Dan Tian from 8 Directions”.

5. 八方引气归元法 (Ba Fang Yin Qi Gui Yuan Fa)

八方引气归元法的主要作用是对引气归元法的作用进一步强化,不仅收回散于体内外之真气,而且和合八方上下之宇宙浩然正气,引入体内,培元固本。此功法中有十个方位、十个双回气,此渭 “十全大补法” 。

 

 

5. 八方引气归元法 (Ba Fang Yin Qi Gui Yuan Fa) Guiding Qi Back to Its Origin from 8 Directions

This method enhances the previous method and is more effective in gathering scattered qi back into lower dan-tian. As there are 10 directions and 10 (perfect 10) double-take-back-qi involved, it is consider very good for general body enhancement.

6. 左四右三回阳法 (Zho Shi You San Hui Yang Fa)

左四右三回阳法是一个防偏和纠偏的功法,可以解决练功中受惊、真气散乱、精气神窜离体外,以及由于情志失常而出现的心悸、怔忡、心神不宁或疲劳思睡等现象。左四右三,合数为七。七,在天上为七星北斗; 在人身为七情,即喜、怒、忧、思、悲、恐、惊。通过练功,调整七情,达到防偏纠偏之功效。

练此功法时应注意: 垂帘之后,神光内视下丹田,而每次左右转头之前,都要先用意念将神光调出,向正前方放出三米; 每次头转正后,又都要将神光调回,内视下丹田。练此功法一般都在受惊之后,因此,特别需要镇定、自制,通过练功使自己神宁静下来,以免受他害。此法有回天之力,必须重视。

 

 

6. 左四右三回阳法 (Zho Shi You San Hui Yang Fa) Left Four & Right Three Method of Returning Yang Qi

This method is for the prevention of going astray during practice and its rectification. For instance, you may receive a shock during practice resulting in scattered qi. Some of your “qing, qi & shen” are out of your body. You feel unstable mentally because of that and are tired and feel sleepy. The sum of 4 and 3 is 7. In the heaven, 7 represents the 7 north stars. In the human body, 7 represent the 7 emotions, viz. happy, angry, worry, thought, sorrow, fright & shock. This method helps to pacify our emotions.

7. 五心归一法 (Wu Xin Gui Yi Fa)

五心归一法的主要作用是将存留体内的真气归拢入下丹田。它从人体的五个尖端 (头与四肢) 开始引气,可以经过身体的所有部位和角落。因此,这是一个归拢滞留于体内的真气入丹田的比较彻底的方法。这个功法的动作很少,主要是意念的活动,可以说是完全是为了逐步锻练和提高运用意念的能力而编制的。此功法也可以使体弱多病、产后、术后的人,很快地康复,它是聚敛真气的最佳之法。

 

 

7. 五心归一法 (Wu Xin Gui Yi Fa) Method of Returning Five Centres to Oneness

This method is mainly for the gathering of scattered qi inside the body into the lower dan-tian. It does so from the 5 remotest places of the body. Very little physical movement is involved. It consists mainly of mental activities. This method is also suitable for those who are unhealthy and frequently fall sick, after giving birth, after a surgical operation. It helps to speed up the recuperation process.
